Imposter Syndrome

We have all heard the saying “fake it til you make it”. This might be a cheesy old saying but there might just be some use for it. If you are in a profession that you aren’t quite comfortable in as of yet then this may apply.
Lack of confidence, low self esteem are some of the problems we all can face at times. Doesn’t mean we are going to give up and just go hide somewhere. But putting yourself out there in from of real people can be scary at first.
No one is going to be totally confident when they are starting out. You may be extremely well trained in whatever you do but experience develops confidence.
You might need some guidance with your adapting to a new career or profession. A counselor can help you navigate with some ideas for getting to that point of confidence.
