New Focus

In our lives we have been hurt by other people. Excluding trauma, recognizing how we feel about being what we perceive of being hurt by another person is a first step.
Now that you have recognized that you feel you have been hurt ask your self, does this happen with me frequently thinking I have been hurt by other people.
Now is the feeling you have worth approaching that other person or are you maybe a little too easily hurt and need a new focus. Give each instance of feeling hurt some thought. Is this particular instance of being hurt worthy of confronting a spouse, friend, relative? And what would be the possible outcome of confronting the other person.
Many times forgiving that person and moving on with life with a new focus could work for you.
