Family Court Related and Reintegration/Reunification Therapy
ContactHelping courts navigate complex family dynamics with clinical clarity and a child-focused lens.
Family transitions—especially those involving high conflict or custody litigation—demand more than good intentions. They require clear thinking, child-focused insight, and the ability to navigate the emotional landscape without losing sight of the legal realities.
My role is to be a resource to the courts.
Not an advocate for one parent. Not a referee. But a clinically trained therapist who brings experience, structure, and thoughtful intervention into difficult family situations—always with the child’s well-being at the center.
I’ve provided therapeutic services in over 80 court-related cases, including:
- ZReintegration therapy for estranged or rejected parents
- ZReunification therapy when trust needs to be repaired
- ZBridging therapy for families adjusting to divorce and shared custody transitions
- ZClinical consultation for attorneys and court officers navigating complex parent-child dynamics
I’ve completed training in child forensic interviewing, allowing for developmentally appropriate conversations that respect both clinical ethics and court expectations. And I’ve co-authored the Family Court Reintegration Therapy Manual—a structured guide designed to support ethical, effective therapeutic intervention in court-involved cases.
Reintegration therapy is used in high-conflict cases where significant estrangement, resistance, or family breakdown has occurred.
Reunification therapy offers a softer, earlier intervention—restoring connection, rebuilding trust, and addressing emotional disruption without the full structure of reintegration.
In less severe circumstances, bridging therapy helps children navigate the confusion of shifting family dynamics, offering emotional support and relational tools during custody transitions.
Across every case, I work to identify what is clinically appropriate, developmentally sound, and legally relevant. The goal isn’t forced relationship—it’s functional, respectful, child-centered progress.
I am here to serve courts, families, and children with clinical clarity, emotional steadiness, and an unwavering focus on what’s in the best interest of the child. Call 405-740-1249 for court related therapies and scheduling.
