Realistic Grace

Contained in this weeks video are counselors Dr Kevon Owen and Destini Ramsey and the are talking about “Realistic Grace”. We have all been in the position of being told by someone that they have changed. Grace is needed and a wonderful thing that we all need at times. This could be a spouse or child or most anyone we have a relationship with.

If the person who has proclaimed change in their life it might be wise to as has been said to “trust but verify”. If you have been hurt by this person in some way then believing that they have really changed is fine but always watch what they say and do. True change will take time and might not be immediate.

If you feel you need to change then adjusting the way you think is a great start to true change. The saying “change your mind and change your life” comes to mind. Sometimes we might need guidance to achieve these things and speaking with a counselor might be in order.
