Humility Vs Low Self-esteem

May 3, 2021 | Clinical Psychotherpy

In this video counselors Dr Kevon Owen and Jack Smith are talking about “humility vs low self-esteem”. “Humility is not self-deprecation” a phrase that is quoted from author Steven Furtick. People can confuse humility and self deprecation. There are many ways to view these terms in our lives. Talents granted to us by God aren’t necessarily something we should be boasting about. We should give praise and worship to our creator for having these abilities. Without God we would have nothing.

If you have some confusion about these things in your life sometimes another view from a licensed professional counselor can be of great assistance. If you would like to speak with a counselor contact Dr Kevon Owen by calling 405-740-1249 or 405-655-5180. You can also visit Kevon’s website at https://www.kevonowen.com.
