Am I The Problem?

Sep 27, 2021 | Clinical Psychotherpy

In this video counselors Dr Kevon Owen and Jack Smith are talking about “Am I The Problem”. Sometimes we can have the thought “am I the problem”? You might want to ask yourself is the problem you are perceiving yourself to have with family, friends or everyone you come into contact with? Isolating this down to your immediate family or friends is part of the process. If it is with just family and friends do you have one trusted friend you can discuss this with openly and honestly? This might be a good start.

Or are you being over critical of yourself and this isn’t quite what you have imagined this to be? Can you really self reflect and be completely honest with yourself? If you are not sure and need a truly honest and objective opinion and psychological steps you might want to take to figure out this issue in your mind then a visit with a licensed professional counselor might be in order.

Contact Dr Kevon Owen for an appointment by calling 405-740-1249 or 405-655-5180. More information is also available at Kevon’s website at https://www.kevonowen.com. Call today and get back to living a confident and successful life again
